【摘要】 目的通过检测转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)和结缔组织生长因子(CTGF)在原发性干燥综合征肺间质病变(PSS-ILD)患者血清中的表达水平,并探讨其意义。方法采用ELISA法检测120例原发性干燥综合征(PSS)(包括54例PSS-ILD)和36例健康体检者血清TGF-β1,CTGF的表达水平。结果 PSS-ILD组中TGF-β1,CTGF的含量分别为(14.31±4.05)mg/L,(70.17±30.64)mg/L,均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);TGF-β1和CTGF对PSS-ILD诊断的灵敏度为76.0%,54.9%,特异度为63.4%,82.4%.结论 TGF-β1和CTGF参与PSS-ILD的发生发展过程,可作为早期筛查PSS-ILD的指标之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the TGF-β1 and CTGF serum levels and clinical significance in the patients of interstitial lung disease with primary Sjogren’s syndrome( PSS-ILD). Methods The serum levels of TGF-β1 and CTGF were detected in 120 patients with primary Sjogren’s syndrome( including 54 patients with interstitial lung disease)and 36 healthy individuals by means of enzyme linked immunosorbent assay( ELISA). Results The serum levels of TGF-β1 and CTGF in PSS-ILD group were significantly( P < 0. 01) higher than those of the control groups. The sensitivity of TGF-β1 and CTGF in diagosis of PSS-ILD were 76% and 54. 9%,and the specificity were 63. 4% and 82. 4%,respectively.
