【摘要】 目的:观察疏血通对兔股动脉血栓远端血清乳酸代谢的影响。方法:建立兔股动脉血栓模型;分组:动脉组30只,生理盐水250 m L+疏血通10 m L,30 m L/h静脉滴注;对照组30只,生理盐水250 m L,30 m L/h静脉滴注;血气分析检测乳酸值。结果:实验组乳酸值(2.2±0.19)mmol/L显著低于对照组乳酸值(7.6±0.55)mmol/L(P<0.05)。结论:疏血通可以显著减低兔股动脉血栓远端血清乳酸代谢。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the effect of Shuxuetong Injection on serum lactate metabolism in far heart side of femoral artery thrombosis in rabbit. Methods:Rabbits were randomly divided into two groups with 30 rats per group;thrombosis model of rabbit femoral artery was established. Shuxuetong group:treated by intravenous infusion with Shuxuetong Injection 10 m L add to physiological saline 250 m L at 30 m L/h;control group:treated by intravenous infusion with physiological saline only 250 m L at 30 m L/h;blood samples from far heart side of femoral artery thrombosis were extracted,lactic acid value were detected by blood gas analysis. Results:The lactic acid value(2.2±0.19)mmol/L in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(7.6±0.55)mmol/L(P<0.05)in far heart side of femoral artery thrombosis. Conclusion:Shuxuetong Injection can significantly reduce the serum lactic acid level in far heart side of femoral artery thrombosis.更多还原
