【摘要】 目的考察硝普钠与5%葡萄糖注射液配伍后26 h内的疗效。方法选择3组高血压危象患者,分别静滴配制2 h后(A组,30例)、12 h后(B组,31例)、24 h后(C组,32例)的硝普钠与5%葡萄糖注射液配伍液,静滴时间均为2 h,检测各组患者血液中的硫氰酸盐、氰酸盐含量,同时进行血气分析,记录硝普钠的用量;对配制后26 h硝普钠葡萄糖注射液中的降解度和氰化物含量进行检测。结果按常规配制,硝普钠与5%葡萄糖注射液配伍26 h内用完是安全有效的。结论临床上延长硝普钠与5%葡萄糖注射液配伍液的使用时限至26 h是科学的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of the combination of sodium nitroprusside( SNP) with 5% glucose injection( 5%GS) for 26 h. Methods Totally 93 patients with hypertensive crisis were divided into 3 groups, and patients in group A( n = 30),group B( n = 31) and group C( n = 32) were intravenously given the mixture solution of SNP and 5% GS at 2 h, 12 h and 24 h after the solution was prepared( the time of intravenous dripping was 2 h). The blood cyanide( CN) and sulfocyanate( SCN) were measured, and blood gas analysis was performed at the same time.The amount of the sodium nitroprusside used was recorded. The content of CN in SNP GS injection and the degradation of sodium nitroprusside were also measured within 26 h after preparation. Results SNP combined with 5% GS for26 h is safe and effective, according to the conventional preparation. Conclusion Clinically it is scientific to prolong the time of SNP and 5% GS mixed solution to 26 h after preparation.更多还原
