【Abstract】 The paper reviews studies on cost effectiveness, sustainability evaluation, construction mechanism and management innovations of forestry-related ecological programs, and conclude that issues of over-subsidies, unsustainability, and imperfect mechanism do exist, so management innovation is necessary. We propose public-private partnerships should be explored for the hope that the performance and sustainability of forestry-related ecological programs should be improved.更多还原
