联合粉磨稳流仓ELMNN建模及其内模控制
ELMNN Modeling and Internal Model Control of the Combined Grinding Weighing Bin
【摘要】 针对水泥联合粉磨稳流仓存在非线性和时滞的问题,提出了由极限学习机神经网络(ELMNN)建立在线的联合粉磨稳流仓的内部模型,并利用泰勒级数(taylor)间接求得内模控制器,实现基于ELMNN的联合粉磨稳流仓内模控制。通过设计联合粉磨稳流仓的内模控制系统,对内模控制系统进行稳定性分析。最后,进行仿真验证,结果显示基于ELMNN的内模控制达到了较好的控制质量。
【Abstract】 In view of the nonlinear and time delay problems of weighing bin in combined grinding,this paper establishes an online internal model of weighing bin by ELMNN,and indirectly acquires the internal model controller by Taylor series,thus to achieve the internal model control of weighing bin based on ELMNN. In design of the internal model control system of the weighing bin,it carries out the stable analysis of the internal model control system. The final simulation test results show that the internal model control based on ELMNN possesses a better control quality.
