【摘要】 注册制改革是我国资本市场向全球化方向大步前进的必经之路,也将是中介机构大浪淘沙的过程。在注册制下,中介机构所扮演的角色发生了重大转变,其经营业务重心也将发生转移。IPO改革后,中介机构成为拟上市公司是否能够发行的实质判断主体,这就要求中介机构更自律,履行"看门人"的职责。因此,注册制下中介机构业务转型体现在三个方面:中介机构要加强尽职调查的能力;应当整合内部资源,提高金融服务能力,加强金融服务水平;要加强市场化定价的能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Registration based IPO system is an essential reform in the development progress of Chinese capital market,and also a process of purging selection for intermediaries. Under Registration based IPO system,intermediaries are supposed to play significantly different roles and their core businesses altered. After IPO reform,intermediaries are supposed to be judging whether or not applying companies can float,which requires more discipline on the part of intermediaries to take responsibility of "concierge". Therefore the changes of business for the intermediaries are three-fold: improving ability of due diligence; integrating internal resources,upgrading professionalism and quality of financial services; improving the capability of market-based pricing.更多还原
