【摘要】 自上个世纪改革开放到本世纪初,河南完成了从一个高等教育弱省向一个高等教育大省的转变,高等教育实现了大众化,高层次突破有了重大进展,高校数量和规模跃居中国省份前列。河南高等教育在新世纪面临的突出问题是整体实力偏弱,大而不强,高水平研究型大学和高水平学科及科技创新能力明显不足。河南要实现从一个高等教育大省向一个高等教育强省的转变,必须对高等教育进行重新定位与梳理,树立高等教育适度超前经济的发展观,通过顶层设计和高端突破,采取一系列有力措施,推进河南高校的整体提升,实现河南高等教育的新跨越、新腾飞。更多还原

【Abstract】 From the reform and opening-up to the beginning of this century,Henan completed the change from a weak province to a big province in higher education and achieved the popularization of higher education. Highlevel breakthroughs made significant progress and the number and size of colleges and universities has been among the forefront of Chinese provinces. The outstanding problems of Henan higher education in the new century is weak in overall strength and big but not strong. High level research universities and the high level disciplines and technological innovation ability obviously are inadequate. From a big province of higher education to the shift towards a strong province of higher education,Henan higher education must be repositioned and comb,and set up the development view of higher education moderately ahead of the economy.
