化学法催化花生油环氧化工艺的研究
Study of chemical catalytic epoxidation technology of peanut oil
【摘要】 在无溶剂体系下合成环氧花生油,在单因素试验基础上,通过正交试验优化工艺条件,得到最佳工艺条件:花生油30 g、反应温度65℃、反应时间7 h、甲酸用量10.5 g、双氧水用量36.3 g、催化剂硫酸铝用量为花生油质量5%。在此工艺条件下制得的环氧花生油环氧值为5.4%,转化率为94.73%。
【Abstract】 The method and conditions of epoxidized peanut oil under solvent–free system were studied in this paper. Based on the single factor experiment,the optimized reaction conditions that optimized by orthogonal experiment were as follows:peanut oil was 30 g,amount of aluminium sulphate was 5% of peanut oil(w/w), reaction temperature was 65 ℃,reaction time was 7 h,formic acid amount 10.5 g and hydrogen peroxide amount 36.3g. Under these conditions,the epoxy value of epoxidized peanut oil was 5.4%,and the conversion was 94.73%.
