结构仿真设计对顶燃式热风炉燃烧和传热过程的影响

【摘要】 为提高顶燃式热风炉的送风温度和蓄热室温度的均匀性,基于对热风炉陶瓷燃烧器不同结构的设计,将蓄热室砖设置为开孔率31%的格子砖,利用Flo EFD流体分析软件模拟研究顶燃式热风炉冷态及热态工况下的流体混合均匀性,以及不同空气系数下流体的火焰长度和蓄热室砖体纵向的温度梯度分布。结果表明:在冷态工况下,当空气和煤气下排喷口水平径向夹角为30°时,流体混合均匀性最佳,呈现旋切式流动;在热态工况条件下,当空气系数为1.05时,燃烧火焰的长度较短;当计算物理时间为1 300 s,陶瓷燃烧器水平径向夹角为30°时,蓄热室格子砖纵向截面的温度较均匀。

【Abstract】 This work studied the uniformity of the blowing air temperature and the regenerator temperature of top combustion hot blast stove. Based on different structure designs of ceramic burner in top combustion hot blast stoves,regenerator bricks were set as checker bricks with an opening rate of 31%,the Flo EFD fluid analysis software was adopted to simulate fluid mixing uniformity of the top combustion hot blast stove( under cold conditions and hot conditions),as well as the fluid flame length and longitudinal temperature gradient distribution of the check brick with different air coefficients in the process of combustion. The results show that under cold conditions when the horizontal radial angle of air and gas spout at the bottom is30°,fluid mixing uniformity is the best,exhibiting spin tangential flow; under hot conditions when the air coefficient is 1. 05,fluid flame is shorter; when the calculated physical time is 1 300 s and the horizontal angle of the ceramic burner is 30°,the longitudinal temperature of the check brick is uniformly distributed.
