【Abstract】 The advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of Alzheimer’s disease are multi-targets,multi-systems and various ways. Double transgenic APP/PS1 mice which can reflect the characteristics of AD is an ideal animal model of AD,which has been successfully applied to the field of traditional Chinese medicine AD research. This paper summarizes the research progress of Chinese herbal compound and effective components in the treatment of the double transgenic APP/PS1 mice of Alzheimer’s disease.更多还原
