【摘要】 目的:观察自拟益气活血散治疗颈动脉粥样硬化的临床疗效。方法:将筛选合格的符合标准的63例研究对象,按纳入标准,以平行、对照原则分为对照组32例和治疗组31例;对照组采用西医常规治疗,治疗组采用中医自拟益气活血散口服治疗。两组疗程为6个月,观察相关指标并进行统计学分析。结果:治疗组在中医症状及体征、hs-CRP、HCY、颈动脉内膜中层厚度方面较治疗前显著改善,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在治疗后,治疗组在中医症状及体征、hs-CRP、HCY、颈动脉内膜中层厚度方面改善方面优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益气活血散对颈动脉粥样硬化斑块的治疗具有明确疗效,可以改善颈动脉粥样硬化中医症状及体征、hs-CRP、HCY,减轻颈动脉内膜中层厚度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of self-designed Yiqi Huoxue Powder on carotid artery atherosclerosis. Methods: Sixty-three cases which met the qualified standardwere divided into control group( 32 cases) and treatment group( 31 cases) in parallel and controlled principle according to the inclusion criteria. Control group was treated by routine western medicine. The treatment group was givenself-designed Yiqi Huoxue Powder. Weobserved the relevant indicators and carried out the statistical analysis. Results: The symptoms of TCM,sign,hs-CRP,HCY and Carotid intima-media thickness( c IMT) of treatment group were dramatically improved than beforeand the differences were statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Also the symptom of TCM,sign,hs-CRP,HCY and Carotid intima-media thickness( c IMT) of the treatment group after the treatmentwere significantly better than those of control group( P < 0. 05).
