【Abstract】 Associating liver partition and portal vein ligation for staged hepatectomy(ALPPS)is a new surgical approach proposed in recent years. The most critical step is the rapid growth of future liver remnant, which is primarily used for the treatment of parents with advanced liver cancer or liver tumor, in whom remaining liver volume is not enough to accept a wide range liver resection. But there are some controversies about ALPPS, and the long-term effect of the surgical approach is unclear. This article reviews the research progress of ALPPS.更多还原
