【摘要】 针对家具企业常用的旋风除尘器、布袋除尘器以及水浴除尘器能清除大部分木粉尘,但仍存在除尘效率不高、易跑漏等问题。该研究研制了一种二次清洁设备——移动式地面除尘装置,该装置具有操作简单、净化效率高、压力损失小、气流阻力小等特点,不仅大幅度降低了车间的粉尘含量,同时大幅度提高车间粉尘的除尘效率,满足了中小型木材加工企业除尘要求。更多还原

【Abstract】 In furniture enterprise,cyclone separator,bag filter and water-bath deduster could remove most wood dust,but there were still problems such as the low dust-removing efficiency and dust leaking. In this study,a secondary cleaning equipment was developed,a movable dust removal device. This device had advantages such as simple operation,high purification efficiency,small pressure loss,low gas resistance. The device greatly reduce dust content in the workshop,at the same time,improved the dust-removing efficiency,which could meet the requirements of small and medium-sized timber processing enterprises in dust removal.更多还原
