【摘要】 目的:分析应用呼吸机治疗重症急性左心衰竭的临床疗效。方法:随机选择我院2013年2月-2016年8月期间在心胸外科接受诊治并自愿参与实验的120例重症急性左心衰竭患者,并随机将其分为研究组和对照组,各60例,其中对照组60例患者送急诊后仅进行常规治疗,包括镇静、扩血管、强心和利尿治疗等;研究组患者在对照组基础上给予呼吸机进行治疗,观察并分析两组患者治疗效果。结果:研究组患者的总有效率明显高于对照组(91.67%vs 75%,P<0.05)。研究组患者治疗后的血液p H值、HR、Pa O2、Sa O2、Pa CO2、MAP与治疗前相比较,均有显著改善(P<0.05)。结论:应用呼吸机治疗重症急性左心衰竭的临床疗效比较显著,患者的呼吸功能可以得到有效的改善,纠正患者缺氧缺血的表现,从而有效的缓解了患者病情的进一步发展,具有较高的临床价值,值得大面积的推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To analyze application of ventilator for the treatment of severe acute left heart failure.Methods: 120 patients with severe acute left heart failure from February 2013 to August 2016 were divided into the research group and the control group, 60 cases each group. Control group patients had only conventional therapy,including sedation, expanding blood vessel, cardiac and diuretic therapy, etc. Research group patients were given ventilation the treatment. The effects of the two groups of patients were obsered. Results: The total effective rate in the research group is significantly higher than control group(91.67% vs 75%, P<0.05). After treatment, the p H value, HR,Pa O2, Sa O2, Pa CO2, MAP compared with before treatment, were improved significantly in the researchgroup(P<0.05).Conclusion: The application of ventilator for treating severe acute left heart failure is more significant. The patient s respiratory function can be effectively improved, the performance of hypoxia ischemia in patients was corrected, and the further development of patients was effectively alleviated.
