【摘要】 目的:探讨微信结合案例教学法在急诊实习生带教中的应用效果。方法:选择2014年9月至2014年12月在广州市第一人民医院实习的本科生63名为研究对象,并随机分为实验组(n=32)和对照组(n=31),实验组应用微信结合案例教学法,对照组按传统教学法,3周实习结束后比较两组学生考试成绩及兴趣满意度。结果:与对照组相比较,实验组学生成绩明显优秀、对教学兴趣满意度明显提高(P均<0.05)。结论:微信结合案例教学法提高了急诊实习生的学习成绩和兴趣满意度,突破了传统教学的时间和空间限制,为急诊科临床实习教学改革提供了新的思路和模式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the effect of applying wechat combined with case teaching method in emergency intern teaching. Methods:63 undergraduate students practiced in the Guangzhou No.1 People’s Hospital were randomly divided into experimental group(n =32) and control group(n =31) from Sep 2014 to Dec 2014. The experimental group applied wechat combined with case teaching method,and the control group applied traditional teaching method. Exam results and interest satisfaction of the two groups of students were compared after three weeks after the internship. Results:Exam results and interest satisfaction in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(both P <0.05). Conclusion:Wechat combined with case teaching method can improve the emergency intern exam results and interest satisfaction, break through the traditional teaching time and space constraints, and provide a new pattern for the emergency department clinical practice teaching reform.更多还原
