【摘要】 目的分析肾母细胞瘤伴有肺转移患儿的临床特征与治疗方法。方法收集2014年3月-2015年10月在我院接受治疗的肾母细胞瘤伴有肺转移的21例患儿的临床资料,实施回顾性分析,总结患儿的主要表现与治疗方法。结果主要表现包含:存在血尿的有5例,伴有腹部肿胀的有15例,存在发热的有4例,伴有咳嗽症状的有13例。在分期状况中包含I期的有2例,属于IV期的有9例,属于II期的有5例,属于V期的有5例。在各类型中,属于上皮型的有2例,属于胚芽型的有11例,属于间叶型的有3例,而混合型的有5例。全部患者都采取手术切除法并实施化疗,全部患儿在治疗3个月后都有效。结论肾母细胞瘤伴有肺转移患儿大部分发现时已为晚期,主要症状包含血尿、腹部肿胀、发热与咳嗽,而应用化疗与手术结合的方法能够控制病情。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the clinical features and treatment experiences of pediatric renal tumor with lung metastasis. Methods The clinical data of 21 pediatric renal tumor with lung metastasis in our hospital from March 2014 to October 2015 were collected and retrospectively analyzed. The main manifestations and treatment of pediatric renal tumor with lung metastasis were summarized. Results Main features include: 5 cases with hematuria, 15 cases accompanied by abdominal swelling, 4 cases with fever, 13 cases accompanied by cough symptoms. 2 cases with stage I, 9 cases with stage IV, there 5 cases with stage II, and 5 cases with stage V. Among the various types, there were 2 cases of epithelial type, 11 cases belonging to the type of embryo, three cases in the leaf type, while in the mixed type, there were 5 cases. All patients underwent surgical resection and chemotherapy. All the patients were effective after 3 months of treatment. Conclusion Clinical features of pediatric renal tumor with lung metastasis include hematuria, abdominal swelling, fever and cough. Application of chemotherapy and surgery method can control the illness.更多还原
