基于空间理论的辽宁省房地产风险研究

【摘要】根据收益风险理论,提出了辽宁省房地产投资风险由系统性风险和非系统性风险构成。利用空间统计完成了辽宁省十四个大中城市房地产系统性风险关联性分析,构建了辽宁省房地产投资系统风险判定模型,并运用风险判定模型对其进行了风险判定。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on risk-return theory, the article shows that the investment risk of regional real estate mainly consists of system risks and non-system risks in our country, the real estate system risk model of Liaoning province is constructed, and spatial statistics are used to evaluate real estate system risks of fourteen cities in Liaoning province.更多还原
