【摘要】 县域产业集群是县域经济发展的重要产业组织形式和载体,是县域经济的重要增长点。服务县域产业集群发展,是高校的一项重要职能。目前,从辽宁高校实际调研情况来看,存在着功能定位偏差、科研管理体制及政府、企业、高校三者互动机制不健全等问题。要进一步服务好县域产业集群发展,高校应该创新应用型人才培养模式、建立健全人才评价体系和激励机制、完善科研成果转化机制。更多还原

【Abstract】 The county industrial cluster is an important form and carrier of industrial organization in the county economic development,also a county economy’s significant growth point. It is an important function of universities to serve developments of the county industrial cluster. Currently, from the results of the actual research of universities in Liaoning,there exist the inaccuracy of function position,inadequate interactions among scientific research management system,government,enterprises and universities. In order to further provide the county industrial cluster with good services,universities should innovate patterns of cultivating applied talents,establish and perfect talent evaluation and incentive system,and improve system of transformation of scientific research achievements.更多还原
