【摘要】 目的探讨将护理质量指标应用于胃癌患者静脉化疗护理实践中的临床效果。方法选择2012年1月至2013年12月在我院治疗的304例胃癌手术后静脉化疗患者为研究对象,根据有无护理质量指标分为对照组和观察组,比较两组患者各项护理指标和患者满意度变化。结果观察组患者各项护理指标和护理满意度明显高于对照组患者的,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论将护理质量指标应用于胃癌手术患者术后的静脉化疗护理管理能够提高静脉化疗护理质量,提高患者对护理质量的满意率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives To investigate the effect on improving the nursing quality of gastric cancer surgery patients by intravenous chemotherapy. Methods Three hundred and four gastric cancer surgery patients by intravenous chemotherapy who were treated in our hospital from January 2011 to December 2012 were chosen as the research objects. then they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the presence of nursing quality indicators. The nursing indicators and patient satisfaction of two groups was compared. Results The care indicators of the observation group patients and nursing satisfaction were significantly higher than that of the control group patients( P < 0. 01). Conclusions Applying nursing quality indicators to intravenous chemotherapy postoperatively in patients with gastric cancer surgery nursing management can improve the quality of intravenous chemotherapy nursing and improve the satisfaction of patients to nursing quality.更多还原
