声触诊组织成像技术在甲状腺结节诊断中的应用
The value of the acoustic pulse radiation force elastography in the differential diagnosis of thyroid benign and malignant nodules
【摘要】 目的探讨声脉冲辐射力(ARFI)弹性成像中的声触诊组织成像(VTI)方法在甲状腺结节良恶性鉴别诊断中的重要价值。方法对80例甲状腺肿瘤共95个结节的常规超声和声脉冲辐射力弹性成像的特征进行分析,对获取的VTI弹性图与二维声图像计算面积比,从而得出ROC曲线并使其方便诊断甲状腺肿瘤的良恶性。结果声脉冲辐射力弹性成像鉴别诊断甲状腺良恶性的敏感性为93.85%,特异性结果 83.33%,准确性结果 90.53%。结论声脉冲辐射力弹性成像能直观分辨甲状腺结节的硬度,为甲状腺结节的良恶性鉴别诊断提供了更大的价值。
【Abstract】 Objectives To investigate the radiation force impulse liter( ARFI) elastography sound palpation tissue imaging in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant thyroid nodules important value( VTI) technology. Methods A total of 80 cases of thyroid cancer 95 conventional acoustic pulses bounce nodules radiation force elastography features analysis,obtained with the twodimensional acoustic VTI elastography image area ratio calculation to arrive at the ROC curve and make it easy diagnosis of benign and malignant thyroid tumors. Results The results acoustic radiation force impulse elastography in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant thyroid sensitivity 93. 85%,specificity 83. 33% and accuracy of 90. 53%. Conclusions Acoustic radiation force impulse elastography can intuitively distinguish thyroid nodules hardness,for the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant thyroid nodules provide greater value.
