【摘要】 目的探讨老年髋部骨折患者术后各种早期并发症的发生原因和防治措施。方法回顾性分析2009年1月~2014年6月我院收治的62例老年髋部骨折患者资料,对术后出现早期并发症的患者进行分析,探讨其发生并发症的原因及并发症的防治措施。结果 62例患者均手术成功,术后早期并发症有肺部感染11例、泌尿系感染7例、褥疮5例、切口感染2例、应激性溃疡2例、术后谵妄3例和下肢深静脉血栓3例,发生率分别为18%,11%,8%,3%,3%,5%和5%,所有患者经对症处理和治疗后均顺利出院。结论老年髋部骨折患者术后早期并发症的发生率高,分析其并发症原因,给予对症处理和积极防治措施有助于患者康复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives To discuss the causes and prevention of early postoperative complications of hip fracture in elderly patients. Methods 62 patients with hip fracture were admitted from Jan 2009 to Jun 2014 in the department. The early postoperative complications were analyzed to find the causes and prevention methods. Results 62 patients were all operated successfully. The incidence of postoperative complications including infection of pulmonary in 11 cases and urinary in 7 cases,bedsore in 5 cases,incision infection in 2 cases,irritable allergic ulcer in 2 cases,postoperative delirium in 3 cases and lower extremity deep venous thrombosis in 3 cases. The rate were 18% 、11% 、8% 、3% 、3% 、5% and 5% respectively. Conclusions The risk of postoperative complications of hip fracture in elderly patients was high. It was helpful to analyze the causes and prevention.更多还原
