【摘要】 鉴于目前的安全培训评估多采用事后评估,未将评估活动贯穿于培训始终,无法对本次培训起到指导作用。故将柯式理论和CIPP理论结合起来,构建了较为完善的评估指标体系。通过运用层次分析法,确定各评价指标的权重,在此基础上运用模糊数学基本理论构建安全培训定量评估模型;通过企业应用,表明该评价模型不仅能提高本次培训的有效性,还有助于完善以后的培训项目。更多还原

【Abstract】 In view of the evaluation carried out at the end of security training,the assessment can not throughout the trainingand guide this training. Therefore,based on Kirkpatrick’s theory and CIPP theory,a relatively perfect evaluation index system was established. The analytic hierarchy process(PHP) is used to determine the weight of each index,then build a model of quantitative evaluation of safety training according to the theory of fuzzy mathematics. the instance indicates that the evaluation can not only improve the effectiveness of this training,also help to improve the next training programs.更多还原
