【摘要】 中国乳制品行业发展迅速,乳制品已成为我国居民膳食营养结构中的重要组成部分。低温乳品因其优良的特性,渐渐获得了国内消费者的认同,市场潜力巨大。介绍了国内低温乳品市场的现状以及发展趋势,提出了一种在当前市场条件下我国地方乳企针对低温乳品的一种发展模式。

【Abstract】 Today Chinese dairy industry is developing fast. Dairy products have become an important part in people’s dietary structure. Low temperature dairy products due to its excellent characteristics, has gradually got the recognition of domestic consumers, which has great potential in market. The present situation and development trend of low temperature dairy market was provided, and a development pattern of local dairy enterprises in China under the current market conditions were introduced in this paper.
