【Abstract】 Until recently, the international investment treaties valued the interests of investors. But withthe trend of economic globalization and sustainable development, the international investment treaties havebeen increasingly concerned with the public interest and social values, including environmental protection,human rights and public health. Under such circumstances, China should not persist in the simple stand onthe basis of identity verification.
