【摘要】 网络课程作为高校教育资源中一个重要的组成部分,在推动我国远程教育和信息技术与课程整合等方面的发展,发挥了重要的作用。本文将移动学习模式与网络课程建设相结合,研究了在移动学习环境下,建设开放式网络课程平台应该具备的特点、功能和结构;提出基于知识点的小粒度课程资源设计方法和以学习者为中心的教学设计。在网络课程建设中考虑移动学习环境的适用性,可以有效增加网络课程的利用率和应用的灵活性,在促进教师教学手段、方式方法改革的同时,还可以满足个性化学习需求,有效激发学生学习兴趣,促进学生自主学习。更多还原

【Abstract】 As an important part of college education resources, online courses play an important role in promoting the development of distance education, information technology, and curriculum integration. In mobile learning environment, combing with the mobile learning mode and the construction of online course,the article researches the characteristics, construction, and function of open online course platform; proposes the design method of knowledge point for online course resource and teaching design based on learner centered.
