【摘要】 1990年后,德国竞技体育的内部优势明显,主要体现在其制度统一后的国情,竞技体育体系严谨、规范;德国竞技面临的外部挑战主要来自欧盟,也包括东欧等国家。本研究以互联网问卷、TOWS内外部优/劣势分析法等对统一后的德国竞技体育进行分析。德国面对来自近邻、俄罗斯和西、东欧等的危机和劣势,不断进行战略选择,成为竞技强国的做法有助于使曾有着相似体制和机制的中国发现其外部机遇与威胁、内部优势与劣势,充分发挥优势,在全球化背景下寻找到适合中国特色的竞技强国之路。更多还原

【Abstract】 Germany has a tremendous internal advantages in sports after 1990 that mainly acknowledged for its standard political system and mechanism. The external challenges Germany is facing came primarily from EU as well as E&W Europe. TOWS analysis is used here to explore both internal and external advantages and disadvantages towards German process of becoming a sports power. Under the global assessment standards,unified Germany has been and still is selectively changing its sports strategies in order to remove all threats and disadvantages constantly. The purposes of this study are to help China which once had a similar sports system to find out its’ current external opportunities,internal advantages and disadvantages,purposely taking its chances to eliminate all threats on the way to the sports power.更多还原
