【摘要】 目的探讨合并糖尿病对胰腺癌患者根治性手术后临床预后的影响。方法回顾性分析本院2010年1月至2014年12月收治的105例胰腺癌根治性手术患者的临床资料,根据术前是否合并有糖尿病将患者分为糖尿病组(31例)及非糖尿病组(74例),比较两组术前的一般情况、手术情况、术后并发症的发生情况以及临床预后。结果两组患者的手术方式、手术时间及并发症发生率的差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);糖尿病组患者术后血糖控制不良的发生率较非糖尿病组显著升高(P<0.05);两组患者术后6个月、1年、3年的生存率及中位生存时间比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论合并糖尿病的胰腺癌患者术后更易出现血糖控制不良,但其对患者的生存情况并无明显影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effects of diabetes mellitus complication on the prognosis of pancreatic cancer patients after radical operation. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on the clinical data of 105 cases of pancreatic cancer patients after radical operation who admitted in our hospital from January 2010 to December 2014. They were divided into the diabetic group(31 cases) and the non diabetes group(74 cases) according to with or without diabetes mellitus before the radical operation. The general situation, operation, postoperative complications and clinical prognosis of the two groups were compared. Results No statistical difference was found in the operation ways, operation time and complication occurrence rate between the two groups(P>0.05). The postoperative blood glucose control rate of diabetic group was obviously lower than that of the non diabetes group(P<0.05). No significant difference was observed in the 6-month, 1-year, 3-year survival rate and median survival time between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion Pancreatic cancer patients combined with diabetes mellitus had poorer blood glucose control after radical operation, but it had no significant effect on the survival of pancreatic patients.更多还原
