【Abstract】 The molecular targeted drugs can mainly restrain the proliferation of tumor cell, promote its apoptosis, and then exert the function of anti-tumor on the basis of differences between tumor organizations and normal organizations in the aspect of molecular biology such as genes, signal transduction and enzyme. It can improve in a certain degree the therapeutic effects on tumor, with less damages to patients, Therefore, it has become one of the main research aspects of tumor therapies currently.
