幕上脑实质内室管膜瘤的MRI影像表现

【摘要】 目的 探讨幕上脑实质内室管膜瘤MRI表现,旨在提高对本病的认识。方法 回顾性分析经手术病理证实的9例幕上脑实质内室管膜瘤的MRI平扫及增强表现。结果 9例中,顶叶4例,丘脑2例,额、颞叶及松果体区偏左侧脑实质各1例。以囊性为主者4例,边界清晰;以实性为主者5例,边界模糊;增强扫描病变主体呈薄或厚壁环形强化及多发结节样强化。4例病变内伴短T1短T2出血灶;2例内有多发、散在的点、条状长T1短T2钙化灶;另1例病变内见一粗大的流空血管影。肿瘤周边无水肿4例,轻度水肿2例,中/重度水肿3例。结论 幕上脑实质内室管膜瘤的MRI表现有一定的特征性,对脑肿瘤的鉴别诊断有一定的鉴别意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose To study the MRI features of supratentorial intraparenchymal edendymoma in order to improve the recognition of it.Methods MRI imaging findings of 9 cases with supratentorial intraparenchymal ependymoma confirmed by pathology were analyzed retrospectively.Results Among the 9 cases,4 cases were located in pariet al lobe,2 cases were in dorsal thalamus and 1 case were in frontal lobe,temporal lobe and the left intraparenchymal of pineal gland.4 cases of cystic lesions had a well-defined boundary,and 5 cases of solid lesion were ill-defined.The tumors showed thin or thick ring-enhancement or multiple nodular enhancement.There were some hemorrhage of 4 cases,multiple calcifications of2 cases and a space out vessel of 1 case.4 cases of no edema,2 cases of mild edema and 3 cases of moderate to severe edema with the peri-tumorals.Conclusion Supratentorial intracerebral ependymomas have specific MRI features,which can be helpful in the differentiation of brain neoplasms.更多还原
