【摘要】 目的 研究血清半胱氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂C(Cys C)的表达水平在胃癌患者与健康人群中的差异,分析影响其表达水平的相关因素。方法 采用比浊法分别检测并比较90例胃癌患者和46例健康对照者中血清Cys C浓度差别,并进一步将胃癌患者血清Cys C的浓度与患者年龄、性别、肿瘤大小、肿瘤TNM分期、分化程度、癌栓形成作相关性分析。结果 胃癌患者血清Cys C水平低于健康对照者(P<0.01);相关性分析显示胃癌患者血清Cys C水平与年龄、肿瘤大小、癌栓形成、分化程度相关(P<0.05),与患者性别、肿瘤TNM分期无关(P>0.05)。结论 胃癌患者血清Cys C水平低于健康对照者,且血清Cys C水平能反映肿瘤的恶性程度,检测血清中Cystatin C表达水平有助于早期发现判断患者病情并协助制定术后治疗方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The aim of this study is to investigate the expression difference of sera cystatin C level between patients with gastric cancer and contrast volunteers and the determine factors that related.Methods Blood samples were collected from 90 patients with gastric cancer and46 healthy control subjects.Cystatin C concentration were detected by turbidity measurement and were analyzed by univariate method.The correlation of sera cystatin C concentration to gastric cancer patient’ sage,gender,tumor size,tumor TNM stage,differentiation degree,tumor thrombi was analyzed by univariate method.Results Cystatin C levels were significantly lower in the patients with gastric cancer than that in the healthy control subjects(P<0.01).Correlation analyze reveals that the level of Sera Cystatin C was correlated with patient’ s age,tumor size,tumor thrombi,differentiation degree of tumor(P<0.05).Cystatin C is not relevant with patient’ s gender,tumor TNM stage of gastric cancer(P>0.05).Conclusion Sera cystatin C level in gastric cancer patients was significantly lower than healthy control subjects and reflects the degree of malignant tumor.Sera cystatin C contributes to the early detection,diagnosis of patients with gastric cancer and helps the planning of therapy scheme after surgery.更多还原
