【摘要】 目的 观察扶正化瘀胶囊治疗肝脏纤维化患者的疗效。方法 乙型肝炎肝纤维化患者或乙型肝炎肝硬化患者100例,随机分为2组,对照组的患者口服普通保肝药及抗病毒药物恩替卡韦片,观察组在对照组用药的基础上服用扶正化瘀胶囊,治疗12个月,观察用药前后2组患者的肝纤维化血清指标等方面。结果 观察组和对照组在接受12个月的药物治疗后,肝纤维化血清各项指标均有明显改善,观察组的疗效明显好于对照组,服用扶正化瘀胶囊的患者临床症状的缓解情况也优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 扶正化瘀胶囊治疗肝脏纤维化患者疗效显著,具有安全有效,经济方便的优点,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of Fuzheng Huayu Capsule on liver fibrosis in patients.Methods a randomly selected in our hospital diagnosed hepatitis B Hepatic fibrosis patients or patients with liver cirrhosis 100 cases,the patients were divided into two groups,the control group with oral common hepatoprotectants,experimental group in the oral common hepatoprotectants based on the use of Fuzheng Huayu capsule,with 12 months of treatment,were observed before and after treatment two groups of patients with hepatic fibrosis serum index and etc.Results The experimental group and the control group accepted after 12 months after drug treatment,serum liver fibrosis indexes were significantly improved,the effect of the experimental group was obsly better than the control group,with Fuzheng Huayu Capsule in patients with clinical remission of symptoms or the situation to that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Fuzheng Huayu Capsule has obvious curative effect in the treatment of liver fibrosis,making it clinically valuable with the advantages of being safe,effective,economic and convenient.更多还原
