【摘要】 以第五、第六次全国体育场地普查数据为基础的统计分析发现,10年来,福建省体育场地数量与质量明显提升,体育民生工程政策凸显,城乡体育场地资源配置趋于合理,便民型体育健身圈初步形成,大型体育场馆初具规模;但存在体育场地增长质与量失衡,农村体育场地量多质低,体育场地空间布局不均衡等主要问题。"十三五"期间,加快规划制定、优化空间布局、提高配套水平、推进插体于绿、强化建设监管是福建省公共体育设施提质增效的主要举措。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the analysis of the fifth and the sixth national census data for sports in Fujian Province,it is found that the quantity and quality of sports venues in Fujian province have been significantly improved,the policies of sports for welfare have produced good effects sports resources are more appropriately allocated among urban and rural areas,user-friendly sports-fitness circles and large sports venues are taking shape,but the sports venues grow more in quantity rather than in quality,especially in rural areas where many grass-roots sports fields are of low quality,and they are not evenly distributed. It is proposed that to improve quality and efficiency of public sports facilities in Fujian during the period of the 13 th Five-Year Plan we speed up the planning and implementation of sports space exploitation,build sport venues on public greens,raise the service investment and standard, strengthen supervision to bring good effects of the strategy of national fitness in China.更多还原
