棱镜-光栅-棱镜成像光谱仪光谱分辨率研究

【摘要】 为研究基于棱镜-光栅-棱镜模块(以下简称PGP模块)、光谱范围在400~1 000 nm成像光谱仪的光谱分辨率问题,提出了PGP光谱仪角色散、线色散的计算方法,并理论推导出计算PGP成像光谱仪光谱分辨率的方法.研究表明,适当减小倒线色散率、狭缝宽度、光栅周期和CCD像素尺寸,都可以提高PGP光谱仪的光谱分辨率,但若仅减小狭缝宽度,又会使进入系统的光通量减少,影响系统的信噪比.用SPECIM公司的IMSPECTOR V10系列产品相应参数的对比,印证了光谱分辨率与倒线色散率、狭缝宽度的关系.

【Abstract】 To study the spectral resolution of the imaging spectrometer based on prism-gratings-prism module( PGP module) whose spectral range is 400 nm to 1 000 nm,a calculation was proposed for the angular and linear dispersion of PGP spectrometer as well as a theoretical deduction of spectral resolution of PGP spectrometer. Research has indicated that proper reduction of linear dispersion,slit width,grating period and CCD pixel size can help raise the spectral resolution, but narrow slit width will limit the luminous flux and reduce the signal noise ratio. Compared with the related parameters of IMSPECTOR V10 series by SPECIM,the relationship is verified between the spectral resolution with linear dispersion and slit width.
