【Abstract】 Mr. Zhu Jiusi is a university educator,whose logic of schooling is reflected in his theory on school management and practice,that is academic autonomy and democratic management,including pushing for autonomy,promoting academic freedom,pursuing the "university management by the professors",removing "official standard"and cultivating the students’ ability of self-government and so on.
