“威权”推进学术自治与民主治校——大学教育家朱九思的办学逻辑

【摘要】 大学教育家朱九思的办学逻辑,表现为学术自治和民主治校的办学理念和实践,包括争取办学自主权、倡导学术自由、奉行"教授治校"、去除"官本位"和建议培养学生自治能力等。资深革命家的地位、校长书记一身二任的机遇、治校之"严"的办学特征和说一不二的办学魄力,赋予朱九思以推进其办学逻辑的"威权"。坦荡和从谏如流的胸襟,独到且富有远见的见解,高瞻远瞩的国际眼光,实事求是的精神特质,敢为天下之先的个人禀赋和"引擎"式的卓越领导才能,是朱九思践行其办学逻辑的教育家特质。

【Abstract】 Mr. Zhu Jiusi is a university educator,whose logic of schooling is reflected in his theory on school management and practice,that is academic autonomy and democratic management,including pushing for autonomy,promoting academic freedom,pursuing the "university management by the professors",removing "official standard"and cultivating the students’ ability of self-government and so on. As the senior revolutionary and principal and secretary at the same time,coupled with his strictness and sheer power,he has the authority to boost his logic of schooling. His open-mindedness,readily listening to advice,unique and visionary insights,international vision,ethos of seeking truth from facts,daring to be the first endowment and the world "enginestyle"leadership,constitute Zhu Jiusi’s peculiarity.
