磷矿浆脱硫新技术及工业应用
Application of new desulfurization technique with phosphate ore slurry
【摘要】 由于SO2排放标准日趋严格,现有烟气脱硫技术已难以满足需求。开发了以磷矿浆为脱硫剂吸收硫酸尾气低浓度SO2的技术。实验结果表明,磷矿粉的硫容量是同体积NaOH饱和溶液的42倍、水的264倍,矿浆pH维持在46对吸收效果最有利,吸收饱和后矿浆澄清液中的P2O5质量分数可达3.20%。该技术整个工艺无副产品产生,具有较好的环境效益,目前已实现了规模化产业应用。
【Abstract】 Due to the strictly standard on SO2 emission, the existing desulfurization technology has been difficultto meet the demand. A new recycling technology of low SO2 concentration with phosphate ore slurry as thedesulfurizer to absorb low concentration SO2 is developed. The results show: sulfur capacity of phosphate oreslurry is 42 times of saturated solution of NaOH, 264 times of water; The pH value of phosphate ore slurrykeeps at 4-6 may have a best absorption effect;The mass fraction of P2O5 can achieve 3.20% in clarified liquidwhen the slurry absorbed saturation. This technique has good environmental benefit for no by-product, and hasbeen applied to large-scale industrial production.
