【摘要】 分析国内外城镇污泥处置方法特点及污泥土地利用的现状和发展趋势,重点介绍了污泥土地利用的方式、效益和环境风险,认为城镇污泥土地利用能够有效改善土壤理化性质,在中国西北黄土地区污泥可广泛用于土地改良、林地绿化和受损土壤修复等方面,但必须注意土地利用过程中重金属、持久性有机污染物和病原菌等有毒有害物质所带来的环境风险.可以通过完善相关法律、法规和技术标准,同时建立完整的"使用、管理、监测和监控"体系,防止污泥土地利用可能带来的环境问题,为城镇污泥在西北黄土地区的土地利用提供科学依据.更多还原

【Abstract】 The characteristics of municipal sewage sludge disposal were analyzed through a reviewing of the current situation and development trend of sludge land use in China and abroad,highlighting the methods,benefits and risks of land use.It was considered that physical and chemical properties would be improved after the sewage sludge was applied into the soil,especially in northwest loess areas of China,and sludge could be used in soil improvement,forest green and damaged soil remediation,but attention should be paid to the environmental risks from heavy metals,persistent organic pollutants,pathogens and other substances which are toxic and hazardous at the same time.It is useful to improve the relevant laws,regulations and technical standards,establishing a complete "application,management,monitoring and control" system to prevent the environmental problems from sludge land use,and providing a scientific basis for municipal sewage sludge land use in northwest loess areas of China.更多还原
