【摘要】 邻苯二甲酸二乙基己基酯(DEHP)是儿童普遍暴露的环境污染物之一,近年来快速增长的儿童特应性皮炎发病率可能与DEHP暴露存在密切联系。本文总结国内外研究成果,概述DEHP暴露与儿童特应性皮炎发病之间的关系。从流行病学调查、动物实验研究角度探讨儿童特应性皮炎的环境归因;结合体外实验结果,详细探讨DEHP对特应性皮炎发病的佐剂作用;并对目前存在的问题及进一步研究方向进行探讨和展望。更多还原

【Abstract】 Di(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate(DEHP) is one of the ubiquitous environmental pollutants exposed by children. The rising prevalence of atopic dermatitis among children is possibly highly associated with DEHP exposure. In this paper, domestic and foreign studies related to the relationship between DEHP exposure and atopic dermatitis among children were reviewed. Environmental attributions of childhood atopic dermatitis were discussed based on epidemiological studies and animal experiments; and combined with in vitro studies, the adjuvant effects of DEHP on atopic dermatitis were discussed in detail.
