石墨烯为电子传递介质Co还原制备Ru-石墨烯复合材料
The Synthesis of Ru/Graphene Nanohybrids Based on Graphene as Charge Transfer Matrix by the Reduction of Co
【摘要】 以氧化石墨为原料,采用光还原法先将金属Co沉积于石墨烯表面,然后将其加入Ru Cl3水溶液中,金属Co氧化产生的电子通过石墨烯传递到Ru3+,并将其还原得到Ru-石墨烯。用透射电子显微镜(TEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)等技术对Ru-石墨烯复合材料进行了表征测试。结果表明,在用这种方法制备的Ru-石墨烯复合物中,沉积于石墨烯表面的Ru纳米粒子粒径小并且分布均匀,粒径分布在1~1.5nm范围内。该研究为合成Ru-石墨烯提供了新途径,同时也进一步证明了石墨烯优良的传递电子功能。
【Abstract】 Graphite oxide taken as raw materials,Co is deposited on the surface of graphene through light reduction method and then Co / graphene is added to RuCl3 aqueous solution. The electrons of metal Co transfers to Ru3+through graphene sheets,and Ru3 +is reduced to form Ru / graphene nanohybrids. The structure of Ru / graphene is characterized through transmission electron microscopy( TEM),X-ray diffraction( XRD). The results indicate that Ru nanoparticles on the surface of graphene has relatively uniform size,and the diameter of it is in the range of 1 1. 5 nm. This research provides a new method to generate Ru / graphene and demonstrates the electron function of graphene.
