【摘要】 浙江省上一版二类调查规程于2004年发布实施,为适应新形势下生态文明建设、林地变更调查和森林资源一体化监测需要,有必要对原规程进行修订。在分析新一轮二类调查所需要解决的问题基础上,对二类调查技术规程进行了重新设计和修订,对技术规程修订主要内容及变化情况进行了阐述分析。根据近2年实践情况,对落实技术规程要求、提高调查质量提出了建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The previous version of technical regulations on forest resource planning and inventory was issued and implied in 2004,in order to meet the needs of the ecological civilization construction,the forest land updating investigation and the forest resources integration monitor under the new situation,it is necessary to revise the original regulations. Based on the analysis of the problems that need to be solved in a new round,this paper made a new design and revision,and also elaborated the main contents and changes of technical regulations. Therefore,the paper put forward suggestions to improve the quality of investigation according to the practice of the past two years.更多还原
