【摘要】 依据生物多样性分析方法,采用物种丰富度指数、物种多样性指数和群落均匀度指数等作为评价指标,对图们市石岘镇中药材进行调查和分析。结果表明,在石岘镇共调查到87种植物,其中乔木有9种,灌木有10种,藤本有2种,草本有66种。香农-威纳指数(H2)以及均匀度的大小次序均为Q1>Q2,说明Q1样地群的生物多样性比较丰富,物种分布比较均匀。在调查株数较大的分组群体多样性分析中,应该用总调查株数来计算频率,以提高不同群体间的可比性。辛普森指数不适合于N较大分组群体多样性指数的比较,而香农—威纳指数含有每个个体的信息,更适合分组群体多样性指数的比较。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the biological diversity analysis method,and taking species richness index,species diversity index and community evenness index as the evaluation index,the study conducts an investigation and analysis on traditional Chinese herb medicine in Shiyan Town of Tumen City. The results show that there are total of 87 kinds of plants in Shiyan Town,including 9 kinds of arbor,10 kinds of shrub,2kinds of vine,66 kinds of herbs. The order of Shannon nasdaq( H2) and evenness is Q1> Q2,which indicating the biodiversity of Q1 sample is rich,species distribution more uniform. The analysis of grouping population diversity of the larger number should be calculated by the number of total frequency,in order to improve the comparability between different groups. Simpson index is not suitable for the comparison of community diversity index in large N group,and Shannon- nasdaq number contains information on each individual,more suitable for grouping comparison of community diversity index.更多还原
