不同加工方法对杜仲中松脂醇二葡萄糖苷含量的影响

【摘要】 目的:考察不同加工方法对杜仲中松脂醇二葡萄糖苷含量的影响,为优化杜仲产地加工方法提供科学依据。方法:在产地将三批新鲜药材分别进行"直接晒干"、"发汗—晒干"、"微煮—发汗—晒干"、"微煮—切制—发汗—晒干"实验。并采用高效液相色谱测定不同加工方法杜仲中松脂醇二葡萄糖苷的含量变化。结果:不同加工方法样品松脂醇二葡萄糖苷含量的高低:"微煮—发汗—晒干">"发汗—晒干">"微煮—切制—发汗—晒干">"直接晒干"。结论:"发汗"在杜仲在产地加工中是必要的;微煮后再"发汗"的杜仲质量较佳。

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the influence of different processing methods on pinoresinol diglucoside(PDG) content in Duzhong,and provide evidence for the optimization of Duzhong processing method.Method:Three batches raw material medicine were processed by four methods including "Direct drying","Fahan-Drying","Slightly decocted in boiling water-Fahan-Drying"," Slightly decocted in boiling water-Cutting-Fahan-Drying ",respectively.The pinoresinol diglucoside content was detected by HPLC.Result:The content of PDG in processed Duzhong was in the order of "Slightly decocted in boiling water-Fahan-Drying" > "FahanDrying " > " Slightly decocted in boiling water-cutting-Fahan-Drying ">"Direct drying".Conclusion:"Fahan" is necessary in Duzhong Processing.Duzhong has better quality after being processed by "Fahan" and"Slightly decocted in boiling water".
