【摘要】 目的:考察糖郁舒颗粒中黄连与不同药物配伍对生物碱溶出率的影响。方法:将处方中药材分别与黄连配伍,每组药材加水煎煮,用高效液相色谱法测定水煎液中小檗碱、表小檗碱、黄连碱和巴马汀四种生物碱总含量。结果:黄连单独提取所测得四种生物碱总含量最高,其它依次是黄连与陈皮;黄连与茯苓;黄连与酸枣仁;黄连与柏子仁;黄连与石菖蒲;黄连与竹茹;黄连与川芎;黄连与甘草;黄连与枳实;黄连与鸡血藤;黄连与首乌藤。结论:处方中其它药材均对黄连生物碱溶出率都有一定影响,其中藤本类药材对生物碱溶出率影响最大。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the impacts of combination of Huanglian with different herbs in Tangyushu Granule on alkaloids dissolution rate.Method: The herb in Tangyushu Granule was combined respectively with Huanglian and decocted.Then the total content of berberine,epiberberine,coptisine and palmatine in decoction was measured with high performance liquid chromatography.Result: The total content of four alkaloids was highest in Huanglian decoction,followed by Huanglian with Chenpi,Huanglian with Fuling,Huanglian with Suanzaoren,Huanglian with Boziren,Huanglian with Shichangpu,Huanglian with Zhuru,Huanglian with Chuanxiong,Huanglian with Gancao,Huanglian with Zhishi,Huanglian with Jixueteng,and Huanglian with Shouwuteng.Conclusion: All the other herbs in the prescription affect the alkaloid dissolution rate of Huanglian.Among them,herbs belong to vine plants exert the most influence.更多还原
