【摘要】 目的探讨传统遮盖联合综合训练治疗大龄儿童(12~16岁)屈光参差性弱视的疗效。方法回顾分析2008年9月至2014年8月在山东省鲁南眼科医院弱视治疗中心收治的41例12~16岁屈光参差性弱视患者,矫正屈光不正,遮盖优势眼,并行同视机红光、光刷治疗,精细目力作业治疗。每月复诊检查视力,根据视力调整眼镜、遮盖时间及训练方法,视力正常后再采取部分时间遮盖或半透明遮盖以巩固疗效。结果 41例(41眼)治愈率70.73%(29/41),进步24.39%(10/41),无效4.88%(2/41)。治疗前弱视眼平均视力0.25,治疗后平均0.6,平均提高4行,其中29例从治疗前0.2提高到1.0,提高了7行。结论大龄儿童屈光参差性弱视仍有治愈的可能,传统遮盖联合综合训练疗法效果好,应予积极治疗,其疗效与患者依从性关系密切。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of combining traditional occlusion and synthetic training method on anisometropic amblyopia in older child aged from 12 to 16.Methods 41 cases of anisometropic amblyopia treated from September,2008 to August,2014 received amblyopia treatment.Each patient had their better eye covered.At the same time,everyone underwent synoptophore red light,brush light and fine vision operation therapy.The follow-up surveys were conducted one month later and their spectacs were adjusted.When binocular vision got balance,the occlusion did not last all day long or subtransparent cover was used to consolidate the treatment.Results Twenty-nine of the forty-one cases(70.73%)were cured,ten cases(24.39%)got improved and two cases sjowed no good effect.The average vision was improved from 0.25 before treatment to 0.6after treatment.In other words,we got four lines of improvement in all patients,and twenty-nine of them were improved from from 0.2to 1.0,achieving 7lines of improvement.Conclusion Anisometropic amblyopia in older children still could be cured,and the effect of traditional occlusion combined with synthetic training can produce good curative effect.更多还原
