【摘要】 目的观察经鼻空肠管肠内营养(EN)对儿童急性胰腺炎(AP)的治疗效果。方法2012年1月至2014年12月收治急性胰腺炎病例共21例,男性14例,女性7例,随机分为两组,一组为治疗组(给予空肠内营养),一组为对照组(给予肠外静脉营养),分别比较两组治疗后血清白蛋白以及血脂肪酶、血淀粉酶、CRP恢复正常时间、住院天数、住院费用。结果治疗组的血清白蛋白较对照组有明显升高,血脂肪酶、血淀粉酶、CRP恢复时间较对照组明显缩短,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组较对照组住院天数缩短、住院费用明显减少。结论早期空肠内营养治疗儿童急性胰腺炎是安全可行的,疗效优于肠外营养,且能减少住院费用,缩短住院天数,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objetive To explore the curative efficacy of nasojejunal tube enteral nutrition(EN) for acute pancreatitis(AP).Methods They were randomly divided into two groups of jejunal nutrition and control.After treatment,two groups were compared with regards to back-to-normal time of serum lipase,serum amylase,C-reactive protein(CRP),serum lipase,serum amylase,days of hospital stay and hospitalization expenses.Results After treatment,serum lipase,serum amylase and CRP were significantly higher than those of control group.And back-to-normal time of serum lipase,serum amylase and CRP and hospitalization expenses were significantly lower.Average days of hospital stay were fewer than those of control group.Statistical analysis showed significant differences(P < 0.05).Conclusions As compared with parenteral nutrition,early jejunal nutrition support is safe,feasible and more effective.And it is worthy of wider clinical popularization.更多还原
