【摘要】 [目的]观察氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片(黛力新)对功能性消化不良(FD)的疗效和安全性。[方法]将经常规治疗效果欠佳的FD患者112例随机分为A、B、C三组,A组服用氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片,B组给予常规治疗(PPI或H2受体拮抗剂,胃肠动力药),C组给予氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片联合常规治疗;各组总疗程均为8周。检测各组治疗前后焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)、FD症状评分(FDSR)、胃容纳试验。评定各组治疗效果及不良反应。[结果]治疗2、4、8周末A组、C组SAS、SDS评分均逐渐下降,临床症状评分逐渐下降;A组、C组治疗8周末胃容纳明显改善;与治疗前比较,均差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。A组、C组治疗2、4、8周末FDSR减分率、SAS和SDS评分减分率和胃容纳改变,与B组比较均差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。3组均无明显不良反应。[结论]氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片联合常规药物治疗FD明显优于单一内科常规药物,且起效快,安全性好。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To evaluate the effects of various treatment on patients with refractory functional dyspepsia(FD).[Methods]Totals of 112 patients with FD,which was refractory to conventional treatment of functional dyspepsia(FD),were randomly divided into 3groups:A-group(n=39),which received flupentixol and melitracen tablets(Deanxit),B-group(n=32),which was given conventional therapy(PPI or H2 receptor antagonists and the prokinetic medicine),C-group(n=41),which was given Deanxit combined with conventional treatment.The total course was 8 weeks.FD symptom score(FDSR)in patients of 3groups before and after treatment were evaluated by Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS).Gastric accommodation was also measured.[Results]After treatment,the scores of SAS and SDS and the clinical symptom score dramatically decreased,and gastric accommodation improved gradually in treatment groups(group A and C)when comparing with those before the treatment.It showed significant difference(P<0.01).No significant side effect was noted.[Conclusion]To treat of FD,combined Deanxit with conventional medicine is safe and effective.更多还原
