【摘要】 目的探讨美沙拉嗪和整肠生胶囊联合治疗溃疡性结肠炎的疗效。方法选取2013年6月~2015年6月我院收治的52例患者,将其随机分为对照组观察组,各26例。对照组患者口服美沙拉嗪缓释颗粒剂,观察组患者口服美莎拉嗪后加服整肠生胶囊。比较两组患者疗效、不良反应,并进行统计学分析。结果观察组疗效明显优于对照组,两组患者痊愈人数、药物有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论整肠生美莎拉嗪联用可以改善溃疡性结肠炎患者的症状,疗效确切。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Bacillus Licheniformis Capsules combined with Mesalazine in patients with ulcerative colitis(UC). Methods Fifty-two patients with UC were randomly divided into two groups: trial group(n =26)and control group(n =26). The patients in the trial group were taken Bacillus Licheniformis Capsules(500mg, 3 times daily)combined with mesalazine for 8 weeks, and only mesalazine in the control group was given for 8 weeks. Clinical effects and untoward effect were compared for two groups. Results After treatment, there was significant differences in the overall clinical efficacy for the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusions the clinical efficacy of Bacillus Licheniformis Capsules combined with mesalazine is better than that of Mesalazine only taken on control symptom of UC.更多还原
