【摘要】 目的分析Frey与Beger两种不同手术技巧及在慢性胰腺炎治疗中的新进展,并比较两种不同手术治疗疗效。方法选取2014年8月~2015年8月我院收治的行手术治疗慢性胰腺炎的患者120例作为研究对象,随机分成观察组58例与对照组62例。观察组采用Beger手术治疗,对照组接受Frey手术治疗,比较两组围术期并发症、疼痛缓解率、术后糖尿病发生率、脂肪泻发生率。结果观察组围术期并发症发生率为8.6%,对照组围术期并发症发生率8.0%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组疼痛总缓解率为93.1%,对照组疼痛总缓解率为93.6%,组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组术后糖尿病发生率为6.9%,对照组术后糖尿病发生率为6.5%,两组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组脂肪泻发生率为8.6%,对照组脂肪泻发生率为8.0%,两组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在慢性胰腺炎治疗中采取Frey与Beger两种不同手术方法治疗所获得的治疗疗效近似,两种手术都能有效保留消化道的完整性,术后患者正常消化功能与胰腺正常生理功能均不会受到影响,两种术式操作安全可靠,值得临床广泛应用并推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the Frey and Beger two different surgical techniques and the new progress in the treatment of chronic pancreatitis, and compare the efficacy of two different surgical treatment.Methods From August 2014 to August 2015 in our hospital for surgical treatment of chronic pancreatitis in 120 patients as the research object, randomly divided into observation group of 58 cases and 62 cases in the control group. Conclusion In the treatment of chronic pancreatitis by curative effect treatment of two different surgical methods of Frey and Beger approximation, two kinds of operation can effectively retain the integrity of the digestive tract, postoperative patients with normal pancreatic digestive function and normal physiological function were not affected, two kinds of surgical operation is safe and reliable, worthy of clinical application and promotion.更多还原
