【摘要】 目的探讨介入性超声对甲状腺疾病诊断的价值。方法通过对2013年5月~2015年10月常规超声提示甲状腺内有病灶,但不能明确病灶良恶性的患者160例,在超声引导下对可疑病灶进行穿刺、活检,并将病理检查结果与超声检查资料进行对比析。结果病理结果与超声检查对比:有9例患者的病理检查提示为甲状腺腺瘤或是甲状腺癌,漏诊率达到5.6%,误诊率高达12.5%。结论在超声引导下取活检技术,可以对病灶进行选择性引导穿刺,是早期诊断甲状腺疾病有效的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the value of interventional ultrasound in the diagnosis of thyroid diseases.Methods Through on 160 cases of conventional ultrasonic tips in thyroid lesions,but can not clear the benign and malignant lesions of patients,in under the guidance of ultrasound in a suspicious lesion puncture,biopsy and pathological examination results and the ultrasonic inspection data for analysis and comparison.Results Pathological results and ultrasound examination:there are 9 cases of patients with pathological examination for thyroid adenoma or thyroid cancer,the rate of missed diagnosis reached 5.6%,the misdiagnosis rate as high as 12.5%.Conclusion Biopsy guided by ultrasound can be used to selectively guide puncture,which is an effective method for early diagnosis of thyroid diseases.更多还原
