【摘要】 目的分析漏斗胸Nuss术应用于不同年龄患者的临床疗效。方法接受Nuss术治疗的漏斗胸患者120例,将120例患者按年龄分成3组,A组20例,年龄>12岁;B组37例,年龄8—12岁;C组63例,年龄4~7岁。比较3组患者的临床指标、并发症及治疗效果。结果 A组的手术时间长于B组和C组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);3组患者术后下床时间比较差异有统计学意义,年龄越大,术后下床时间越晚(P<0.01);A组并发症发生率与C组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);3组间疗效优率比较,差异无统计学意义,但A组与B组间优率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论不同年龄组患者行漏斗胸Nuss术均能取得较好疗效,年龄越小并发症越少,治疗优良率越高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of the Nuss procedure for pectus excavatum in different age groups.Methods A total of 120 cases of funnel chest patients treated with Nuss procedure were enrolled and divided into 3 groups according to the age:group A(>12 y,n = 20),group B(8~12y,n=37),and group C(4~7 y,n = 63).The clinical indexes,complications and therapeutic effects of the three groups were compared.Results Compared with group B and C,the operation time of group A was significandy longer(P < 0.05).There were significant differences in postoperative ambulation time and it increased with age(P <0.01).The difference in complication incidence was statistically significant between group A and C(P<0.01).No difference in the effective rate was noticed among the three groups but there was a significant difference in the effective rate between group A and B(P <0.05).Conclusion For the treatment of pectus excavatum.Nuss procedure is effective in all different age groups.Young patients may have fewer complications and better efficacy.更多还原
