【摘要】 目的探讨miR-155在变应性鼻炎(allergic rhinitis,AR)患者外周血清中的表达。方法分别提取变应性鼻炎及健康人群外周血清中总RNA并进行质检;应用实时荧光定量PCR技术检测验证变应性鼻炎患者外周血清中miR-155与正常对照者的表达差异。结果 AR患者外周血中细胞总数及嗜酸性粒细胞数高于正常对照组,血清中miR-155显著高于正常对照组,是正常对照组的2.1倍。结论 miR-155在AR患者血清中为高表达。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression of microRNA-155(miR-155)in serum of patients with allergic rhinitis.Methods Total RNA was extracted from the serum of allergic rhinitis patients and healthy subjects,and the expression of miR-155 was detected by real-time quantitative PCR.Results The total number of cells and the number of eosinophils in peripheral blood in allergic rhinitis patients were higher than those in healthy subjects.Moreover,serum expression of miR-155 in allergic rhinitis patients was 2.1times as high as that in healthy subjects.Conclusion The miRNA-155 is highly expressed in serum of patients with allergic rhinitis.更多还原
